Chip’s Not Dead Yet Memorial Mile – That Was Fun

Last Saturday I ended up watching people run in costumes, bridal dresses and underwear, riding a Ferris wheel in Kitsilano and drinking beer while listening to live music in the middle of West Vancouver’s 10^th Avenue, and it all started with a tweet.

Saturday comes and I wake up with no specific agenda. I fire up my computer, then Tweetdeck, and I see @providentmike has posted a tweet with a picture showing his awesome inflatable castle slide and mentioning they’re at the Chip’s Not Dead Yet Memorial Mile.

I make a decision and get on a bus via West Vancouver. I arrive and… this is where I let the photos do the talking…
